Minutes of the Meeting 08/02/2000
The group discussed information
requirement for section 4. It was agreed that governments should be
seen as USERS, LEGISLATOR/REGULATORS and FINANCING bodies.
Mary
mentioned articles in the Tech Supplement of FT. She agreed to share
her findings at the next meeting--scheduled for 11/02/2000 @ 1700
.
The group approached the problem of 'expert opinions'. The
professor assured the group that it wasn't a mandatory part; should
experts be ultimately unavailable, the group would have no problems
focusing on alternative methods.
In response, the group agreed
to renew its efforts to contact people in the industry.
Alex
proposed to email Xybernaut and Via, while Vincent would search for
adrdesses at the Philips site.
The group is committed for the
completion of Part 4 by the end of this week.
